Καλησπερα σε ολους καταρχας εχω ενα 206 1,4 16v ψαχτικα λιγο στο θεμα tuning αυτου του μοτερ και μετα απο ωρες ατελειοτες εφτασα στο θεμα turbo βρικα ενα κιτακι με τουρβινα μαμα απο Punto gt σε πολυ καλη τιμη πολαπλη εξαγογης downpipe extra εγγεφαλακι με ολες τις σολινοσεις και σιντομα θα τα εχω.....Λοιπον ολοι κραζουν αυτο το μοτερακι δεν ξερω γιατι ομως και γιαυτο τους ΡΩΤΑΟ ΕΔΩ ...........αλλοι λενε για προβλημα με τα ρευματα αλλοι λενε για block αλλοι λενε για βαλβιδες και τα λοιπα,,,Λοιπον στο 0,7 το αμαξι δεν θα παταει μαγες h EIΣΑΓΟΓΗ ΑΝΤΕΧΕΙ ΜΕΧΡΙ 0,8 ΚΑΙ Ο ΔΙΣΚΟΣ ΜΕΧΡΙ 220ΝΜ(160+PS) ΟΣΟ ΓΙΑ ΤΙΣ ΨΕΥΤΙΚΕΣ ΜΠΙΕΛΕΣ???ΠΟΙΑΝΟΥ ΕΣΠΑΣΑΝ?????ΤΟ BLOCK? Let me start with thanking you for your interest in our products and services!
What exact parts you need depend on the power level you want to reach.
A complete stock engine (with only a decompression package to lower the cr-ratio) can reliably make around 160 hp on 0.7 bar of boost pressure. This is the most economic power to investment performance level.
Parts we can offer to reach 160 hp and around 210 nm (fuel and management parts not included, best to get those locally for on-site support when needed);
The stock clutch can take up to 220 nm.
Regarding the management system we currently haven’t got a Vems PnP standalone management system for the ET3 engine. Of course virtually any programmable system can do the job and some piggy back units can manage this power level too.
The stock plastic intake manifold can take 0.8 bar boost without breaking, above that it becomes a serious liability. (a breaking intake manifold can easily take out a front window, we have seen that happen on customer cars that tried to go above 0.8 bar boost anyway)
Up to 200 - 210 hp can easily be done on stock internals with only a decompression plate to lower the cr-ratio. After that forged pistons and eventually also upgraded rods will become a necessity.
As with everything, the further you want to stretch the power output of the engine the more modifications need to be made. If you have different power requirements please inform about the possibilities and parts required.
Of course it is also possible to have a complete conversion performed by us in our workshop, again inform about prices.
